Shipping is free on all orders to the United States and Canada.
Orders are sent directly from our suppliers. Most items ship from overseas, and each product page shows the estimated delivery for that item.
- Most items: 7–15 business days after your order is processed.
- Items that ship from the US: 3–10 business days after your order is processed.
- Large items, such as big inflatables and tall trees: 31–52 days after your order is processed, so they may arrive after Christmas.
Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during the holidays. Please order early for Christmas.
You will receive a tracking update by email when tracking is available. If we learn your order cannot ship on time, we will let you know and offer you the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund.
